This recipe is ridiculously easy and delicious. It’s the perfect snack for summer and the perfect salad for any event you may need to bring a treat to. Of course feel free to add in additional fruit as seen here on Lauren Conrad's website! I love mint on all fruit, so anything goes. Also, I use honey in my recipe, but my friend Alex over at Delish Knowledge uses maple syrup. Try them both and see what tickles your fancy. I cut my grapefruit in slices for photo purposes; it’s much easier to just peel them as you would normally peel citrus. 1 tablespoon honey
Peel your citrus and pull apart the sections. Make sure to capture all the delicious juices into your serving bowl. Either leave the sections whole or slice them in half for bite sized pieces. Drop into bowl.
Chop up a few leaves of mint, this will vary on your love of mint. Mix the chopped leaves in with the fruit.
Drizzle with honey and serve.
